Mission

What you will drive

  • Maintain and enhance the organization's operational infrastructure, including strategic planning, compliance oversight, and hands-on administration across finance, risk management, and program support.
  • Coordinate organization support tasks such as mail, office supplies, team acknowledgements, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Manage compliance and registrations, financial operations, payroll and benefits administration, and documentation/SOPs.
  • Provide programmatic assistance, including chocolate outreach and miscellaneous support.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in operations, administrative management, or a related non-profit role.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., ADP), Bill.com, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software; strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; familiarity with non-profit compliance, audit preparation, and risk management; commitment to F.E.P.โ€™s mission with sensitivity to social justice and vegan ethics.
