Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide reflective consultation and coaching to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants (IECMHC) across Oregon, individually and in small groups.
  • Support onboarding and development of new consultants, modeling culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and equity-centered practices.
  • Contribute to training content, tools, and practice resources; facilitate communities of practice and learning spaces.
  • Collaborate with the Mentor Consultant team and core leadership to share insights, identify regional gaps, and strengthen statewide consultation approaches.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Master's degree in mental health, early childhood, or related field.
  • Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar) or working toward licensure.
  • 3+ years of experience in infant or early childhood mental health or related work.
  • Experience providing IECMH consultation and/or facilitating reflective supervision preferred; strong listening and reflective conversation skills.
