What you will drive
- Advance and promote a learning culture at NAMI that is diverse and inclusive.
- Develop and/or enhance knowledge and learning strategies and implement them.
- Design and deliver webinars, toolkits, and other learning activities aligned with NAMI's strategic plan.
- Manage platforms, report on learning activities, and incorporate DEI principles.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and digital facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of knowledge management principles and organizational learning.
- Proficiency in learning management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
