National Council for Mental Wellbeing Development Coordinator

• Maintain accurate donor and constituent records within the organization's CRM and other fundraising platforms, ensuring data integrity through audits and quality control.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and donor insights to support stewardship, fundraising, and organizational decision-making.
• Serve as project manager for recurring donor engagement deliverables, including quarterly investor reports, webinars, and CEO snapshot series.
• Support frontline fundraising by preparing donor packets, briefing materials, and research for donor meetings.

This role directly supports the National Council for Mental Wellbeing's mission to make mental wellbeing a reality for everyone by strengthening donor engagement and fundraising capacity, enabling the organization to expand access to mental health and substance use treatment for millions of Americans.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, communications, nonprofit administration, database management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort preparing executive-level communications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail; self-starter mindset.

Salary range: $70,000-$75,000.
