Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain accurate donor and constituent records within the organization's CRM and other fundraising platforms, ensuring data integrity through audits and quality control.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and donor insights to support stewardship, fundraising, and organizational decision-making.
- Serve as project manager for recurring donor engagement deliverables, including quarterly investor reports, webinars, and CEO snapshot series.
- Support frontline fundraising by preparing donor packets, briefing materials, and research for donor meetings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, communications, nonprofit administration, database management, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort preparing executive-level communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail; self-starter mindset.
