Job description
Lead or manage academic programs supporting law and AI researchers through fellowships, events, and initiatives.
- Design and execute research fellowships, workshops, and seminars connecting early-career and established scholars on AI governance and legal alignment.
- Identify, attract, and select talented researchers; manage talent pipelines and evaluate program impact through metrics and data analysis.
- Build relationships with academic institutions and external experts; grow and develop the Academic Programs team as LawAI scales.
- Requires deep engagement with legal scholarship, project or talent management experience, and familiarity with law and policy sectors.
- Two roles available: Director (strategy and team leadership) or Manager (program design and operational execution).
