In this role, you'll lead operations across two divisions, managing field-building programs and scaling the research division while maintaining compliance and agility.
Hire and manage operations generalists to scale Sprints, Fellowships and new initiatives.
Own all research division operations end-to-end including compliance, finance, HR, recruiting, vendors and systems.
Design and lead hiring processes, rubric quality and offer decisions across all roles.
Manage the multi-entity structure, deciding how to organize the US 501(c)(3) and European entities across multiple countries.
