What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end human resources support across multiple construction sites under development
  • Partner with site and project leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and people risk management
  • Ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant people practices with strong focus on labour and industrial relations
  • Enable project delivery through effective people support in a fast-paced, operational environment

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years' generalist P&O experience with significant exposure to labour relations
  • Demonstrated experience managing grievances, disciplinary hearings, and poor performance processes
  • Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • Proven ability to support and coach line managers in demanding operational environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between construction sites and head office
