Manager of Origination

• Lead and expand origination function for solar and energy storage assets, driving market strategy and siting initiatives.
• Coordinate across functional teams to identify and advance high-value development opportunities.
• Manage key customer relationships and direct RFP strategy and response efforts.
• Provide strategic siting recommendations and institutionalize origination best practices.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by expanding renewable energy development, decarbonizing the grid, and providing clean, reliable energy to communities throughout the US.

• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, with significant experience in origination, business development, or market strategy for utility-scale solar and storage projects.
• Expertise in energy markets across multiple ISOs/RTOs, with strong understanding of interconnection, transmission planning, and offtake structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
