Credit Manager

• Lead underwriting of conservation finance loans, including credit analysis, financial modeling, and transaction coordination.
• Manage and monitor debt investments, ensuring compliance and financial performance.
• Support design and closing of conservation finance funds and investment vehicles.
• Contribute to portfolio management, risk monitoring, and investor reporting.

This role directly accelerates ecological restoration by financing forest restoration projects that reduce wildfire risk and enhance climate resilience for ecosystems and communities.

• 5+ years of experience in finance, private lending, investment management, or impact investing.
• Strong background in financial modeling and private credit analysis.
• Proven ability to build relationships with borrowers, investors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
