Manager, Brokerage Operations

• Support and perform daily Middle Office activities including trade input, reconciliations, and client data maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of core trade lifecycle processes and provide first-line escalation support.
• Apply and maintain operational standards and control frameworks, and support daily, monthly, and regulatory reporting.
• Act as key operational contact for brokers, coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT, and contribute to building a scalable Middle Office structure.

This role supports the growth of energy transition and environmental markets by ensuring efficient and controlled brokerage operations, enabling front-office growth and building trust in global efforts toward a net-zero future.

• Solid experience in brokerage operations or Middle Office within commodities or financial markets.
• Working knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and operational controls.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Excel for trade data, basic formulas, and data validation.
