Legal Counsel, Corporate & Business Affairs

Build corporate legal capability advising global teams on complex partnerships, funding arrangements, data privacy, and nonprofit regulatory matters.
- Serve as primary legal partner to Partnerships, Fundraising, Finance, Technology, Product, and other functions; structure and negotiate complex agreements.
- Lead legal strategy for Data Partnerships, MNO data relationships, and remote enablement across multiple countries and programs.
- Advise on non-standard gifts, planned giving, charitable solicitation, lobbying, and nonprofit regulatory compliance.
- Qualified attorney with strong corporate, commercial, and transactional experience plus demonstrated data privacy expertise.
- Experience advising on complex funding arrangements, multiple functions, and working across emerging-market jurisdictions preferred.
