Junior Marketer

• Execute marketing campaigns to drive FarmKind's growth, including paid media, earned media, and donor engagement.
• Manage sponsorship and advertising campaigns, outreach to creators and partners, and handle logistics end-to-end.
• Draft emails to donors and newsletter subscribers, manage MailChimp account, and support special projects as needed.

This role helps FarmKind raise funds to improve the lives of farmed animals, directly contributing to animal welfare through effective marketing and donor engagement.

• Strong written communication skills and ability to keep readers engaged.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment, handling a wide range of tasks.
• Good LLM skills and willingness to use AI tools heavily.
• At least one of: design skills (Canva), MailChimp experience, Squarespace experience, or vibe coding.
