Junior Analyst, Asset Management

As Junior Analyst on the Asset Management team, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring nothing slips through the cracks across a portfolio of 250+ solar programs, including catching errors in monthly reports, missed maintenance windows, and Salesforce workflow issues.
• Owning recurring reporting in Excel and partnering on automation work in Salesforce and Claude.
• Helping manage operations and maintenance relationships with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms and property managers to keep assets running.
• Working as the right hand to the Head of Asset Management and collaborating with cross-functional partners in Operations, Finance, and the field.

This role supports the deployment and maintenance of solar energy programs across commercial buildings, contributing to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure and reducing carbon emissions in the United States.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience post-university, ideally in operations, finance, or analytical roles with recurring work and deadline management.
• Detail-obsessed with strong Excel skills for running monthly production reports, reconciling data, and extracting insights.
• Working Salesforce user comfortable with navigating records, building reports, and keeping data clean.
• Self-starter with clear written communication, curiosity, and ownership of ambiguous work.
