Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as Playlab's on-the-ground lead in Washington, building relationships with partner schools, districts, Gonzaga University, and Educational Service Districts (ESDs).
- Recruit and support a diverse cohort of ~10 school and district partners across Washington, including application review and selection.
- Design and deliver high-quality professional learning, including school-based trainings, PLCs, and coaching to build educator capacity in AI literacy and app-building.
- Coach educators and school teams to create AI tools aligned with their pedagogy and context, and support strategic AI adoption at the system level.

- Deep, current statewide knowledge of and experience in Washington's education landscape, with strong existing relationships across schools, districts, higher education, and education nonprofits. (Required)
- School leadership and teaching experience. (Required)
- Skilled facilitator with experience leading engaging, inclusive, outcomes-driven adult learning.
- Passionate about AI literacy and helping educators and students understand, critique, and create with AI.
