What you will drive
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Actively source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, perform reference checks, and evaluate qualifications.
- Coordinate onboarding, maintain applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
