What you will drive

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Actively source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, perform reference checks, and evaluate qualifications.
  • Coordinate onboarding, maintain applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
