Director of Central Intake

• Lead and oversee the Central Intake Division, including referral management, admissions support, and team performance.
• Develop and standardize intake processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor referral activity, conversion rates, and occupancy trends to drive census growth.
• Collaborate with leadership and referral partners to enhance customer satisfaction and operational outcomes.

This role ensures efficient and compassionate intake processes for seniors and their families, directly supporting access to quality care and improving occupancy in nonprofit senior living communities.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care admissions, central intake, or healthcare operations leadership.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools; experience with referral management systems and CRM preferred.
