Central Intake Admissions Specialist

• Manage referrals and admissions process with urgency to support census growth.
• Evaluate referrals for clinical appropriateness and financial viability.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate documentation, authorizations, and data entry in CRM systems.

This role ensures seniors and their families receive timely, compassionate access to appropriate care services, supporting Otterbein's mission to provide respectful, community-centered senior living.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with EMR and CRM systems preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care payer sources (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial insurance).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
