Director of Central Intake

• Lead and oversee the Central Intake Division, including referral management, admissions support, and escalation management.
• Develop and maintain standardized intake processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor referral activity, conversion rates, and occupancy trends to drive census growth and operational performance.
• Prepare reports and analytics for executive leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities.

This role ensures that seniors and patients receive timely, compassionate access to post-acute care services, directly supporting their health and well-being while optimizing organizational resources to serve more individuals in need.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care admissions, central intake, or healthcare operations leadership.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools; experience with referral management systems, EMR, and CRM preferred.
