Lead Manager, IT Security Engineer

• Design, build, and manage security solutions including IAM, endpoint security, firewalls, email security, application security, and security awareness.
• Conduct security assessments, develop policies and procedures, and serve as subject matter expert for security-related issues.
• Provide security engineering expertise through all phases of Technology/Project Life Cycle.

This role protects the organization’s information and infrastructure, enabling Make-A-Wish to focus on granting life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of total experience with 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise IT security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security, network firewalls, email security gateways, content filtering, IAM, SSO, Windows servers, and virtualization technology.
• Preferred experience: Azure, SSO, Cisco Firewalls, Defender Security, VMWare, EDR, XDR, Cisco Umbrella DNS Security, Hybrid Infrastructure.
