Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the fulfillment of celebrity and sports-related wishes, acting as primary point of contact between Make-A-Wish chapters and talent representatives.
  • Coordinate multiple aspects of wish experiences including scheduling, talent communication, onsite support, and contingency planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key entertainment and sports contacts to support ongoing and future wish opportunities.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, tracking wish statuses, follow-ups, and industry engagement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years total professional experience with 3+ years specialized experience in sports, entertainment, event production, or talent management.
  • Proven project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or other CRM experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills with ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
