Director, Chapter Relationship Leader (CRL)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of chapters to identify areas for improvement and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement improvement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success of improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a critical liaison between the National Office and chapters, facilitating communication and driving solutions.

This role strengthens the network of chapters granting life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses, ensuring operational efficiency and mission effectiveness across the organization.

• 10+ years total experience, with 7+ years in a federated non-profit organization/environment required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in nonprofit performance management and/or strategic consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power BI.

Salary range: $115,000 - $144,000 USD.
