Lead Manager, Project & IT Budget Analyst

• Assist in planning, initiating, and leading assigned projects around key strategic initiatives, including coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, and information to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee and coordinate the IT fiscal year budget maintenance, planning, and forecasting, including analysis of actual spend against forecast and budget.
• Manage contract administration and invoice processing to support IT budget tracking and financial accuracy.

This role directly supports the mission of granting life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses by ensuring strategic projects are completed efficiently and IT resources are managed responsibly, maximizing the impact of donor funds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analysis, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years professional experience with 2+ years in project coordination, support, budget management, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and support execution of process and business solutions.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet.
