Mission
What you will drive
- Design and curate agendas for FAR.AI's portfolio of 12+ events per year, ensuring each event has a clear intellectual purpose and program.
- Own pre-event content framing, speaker selection, and attendee targeting to achieve strategic goals.
- Steward post-event continuity by designing follow-on formats, tracking relationships, and connecting outputs to broader field-building work.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Extensive experience designing intellectually ambitious agendas for technical, academic, or policy-focused events.
- Genuine familiarity with the AI safety field, including key questions, players, and debates.
- Proven track record of original written output (event framing documents, research summaries, etc.) and ability to translate complex topics for decision-makers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with high-status technical stakeholders and managing complex relationships.
