Life Sciences Paralegal (Remote)

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage life sciences agreements including Clinical Trial Agreements, Clinical Site Agreements, Investigator Agreements, and NDAs/CDAs.
• Support contract negotiations with clinical sites, hospitals, investigators, CROs, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Review and negotiate clinical trial budgets in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Finance, and external sites.
• Coordinate contract execution, maintain records using CLM systems, and track contract status, milestones, amendments, renewals, and deliverables.

This role accelerates the development of life-saving therapies by ensuring efficient contract management and compliance, enabling clinical trials to start and run smoothly.

• 4+ years of experience supporting legal or contract management functions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO, or life sciences industry.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs) required.
• Experience negotiating clinical trial budgets and vendor agreements strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical trial lifecycle, study start-up process, GCP, FDA regulations, and CLM platforms preferred.
