Associate Director, Global Healthcare Compliance Operations

• Lead and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows for a leading biotechnology company.
• Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and third-party compliance activities.
• Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes and support audits and continuous improvement.

This role ensures ethical and compliant interactions with healthcare professionals, fostering trust and integrity in the biotechnology industry while enabling life-saving therapies to reach patients.

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions.
• Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, and transparency reporting.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements; Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred.
