Multifamily/Bond Credit Attorney

• Support multifamily financing products and transactions.
• Manage and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Provide transactional support and strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support financing and product enhancement initiatives.

This role supports affordable housing finance by facilitating multifamily bond credit transactions, enabling the development and preservation of multifamily housing, which addresses housing affordability and community development.

• 5+ years of municipal finance, public finance, or related transactional finance experience.
• Experience with bond credit enhancement transactions.
• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong communication, issue-spotting, and stakeholder management skills.
