Litigation Attorney

• Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution.
• Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy.
• Handle discovery and collaborate with in-house legal stakeholders on case management.
• Represent the client in arbitration hearings and other dispute resolution proceedings.

This role supports a leading financial services client in resolving consumer disputes through arbitration, ensuring fair and efficient resolution of claims while upholding legal standards.

• Active Florida bar license.
• Litigation experience, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
