Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic legal counsel on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing matters for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate market access-related agreements including PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, and value-based contracts.
- Advise on compliance with Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and other regulations governing patient support programs and payer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market access strategies and materials comply with applicable laws and industry standards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–8 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department with a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical company, with significant experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or government pricing.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, FDCA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, OIG guidance, and PhRMA Code.
- Proven track record drafting and negotiating PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, rebate, and other market access agreements.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
