Innovative Finance and Private Sector Lead

• Lead the development of a strong pipeline of innovative finance and private sector opportunities across APAC
• Design and structure financing solutions including blended finance, impact investment, and results-based mechanisms
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, investors, and financial institutions
• Mobilise resources from private sector actors aligned with Plan’s mission and priorities

This role enables Plan International to diversify funding and unlock sustainable, scalable impact for children, particularly girls, by driving innovative financing and private sector engagement across the Asia Pacific region.

• Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in innovative finance, investment, corporate partnerships, or consulting
• Strong track record of structuring and delivering complex financing or partnership solutions
• Experience engaging corporates, investors, financial institutions, or ESG stakeholders
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
