Program Manager

• Lead and scale youth and young adult workforce development programs, including in-house apprenticeship programming and curricula management.
• Conduct research to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities of youth-serving providers and youth.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building support to youth-serving organizations.
• Manage execution of TNOYS training events such as conferences, webinars, and in-person meetings.

This role directly strengthens services and support for Texas youth and families, particularly those involved in systems like housing, child welfare, and justice, by scaling workforce development programs and amplifying youth voices.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in social work, education, public policy, public health, or related field (lived experience can substitute).
• Minimum 3 years of program and project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to build effective partnerships and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $64,000, depending on qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage and generous vacation.
