Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and scale youth and young adult workforce development programs, including in-house apprenticeship programming and curricula management.
  • Conduct research to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities of youth-serving providers and youth.
  • Provide technical assistance and capacity building support to youth-serving organizations.
  • Manage execution of TNOYS training events such as conferences, webinars, and in-person meetings.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in social work, education, public policy, public health, or related field (lived experience can substitute).
  • Minimum 3 years of program and project management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
