Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and scale youth and young adult workforce development programs, including in-house apprenticeship programming and curricula management.
- Conduct research to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities of youth-serving providers and youth.
- Provide technical assistance and capacity building support to youth-serving organizations.
- Manage execution of TNOYS training events such as conferences, webinars, and in-person meetings.

What makes you a great fit

- Ability to build effective partnerships and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
