Stewardship Coordinator

• Ensure timely and effective delivery of stewardship actions for donors, including thank-you notes, recognition materials, and impact updates.
• Serve as primary source for grant stories and photos, matching them with donor preferences and ensuring quality and integrity.
• Partner with fundraising staff to identify unique stewardship opportunities for major donors and track activities in CRM.

This role directly strengthens donor relationships and communicates the impact of their generosity, enabling Gift of Adoption Fund to continue providing grants that help children find permanent, loving families.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in non-profit development and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.

Competitive compensation plan; hourly pay estimated at $21-$23 per hour (part-time, 24 hours/week). Vacation, holiday, and leave policies prioritize work-life balance.
