What you will drive
- Design and implement a mixed-methods evaluation assessing how children's participation and feedback influence humanitarian decision-making.
- Conduct safe, child-friendly, ethical data collection in 2-3 humanitarian contexts.
- Analyze systemic barriers and enablers to effective child participation and produce actionable recommendations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated experience in humanitarian evaluations, Accountability to Affected People (AAP), and child-centered methods.
- Proven field-based mixed-methods evaluation experience, including with children, and knowledge of global accountability standards (CHS, IASC, Grand Bargain).
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Spanish highly desirable.
- Strong analytical report writing and stakeholder facilitation skills.
