Evaluation of Accountability to Children​​ Processes

• Design and implement a mixed-methods evaluation assessing how children's participation and feedback influence humanitarian decision-making.
• Conduct safe, child-friendly, ethical data collection in 2-3 humanitarian contexts.
• Analyze systemic barriers and enablers to effective child participation and produce actionable recommendations.

This evaluation will strengthen accountability to children in humanitarian responses, ensuring their voices are heard and influence decisions, leading to more effective and child-centered aid.

• Demonstrated experience in humanitarian evaluations, Accountability to Affected People (AAP), and child-centered methods.
• Proven field-based mixed-methods evaluation experience, including with children, and knowledge of global accountability standards (CHS, IASC, Grand Bargain).
• Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Spanish highly desirable.
• Strong analytical report writing and stakeholder facilitation skills.
