What you will drive

  • Design and implement a mixed-methods evaluation assessing how children's participation and feedback influence humanitarian decision-making.
  • Conduct safe, child-friendly, ethical data collection in 2-3 humanitarian contexts.
  • Analyze systemic barriers and enablers to effective child participation and produce actionable recommendations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience in humanitarian evaluations, Accountability to Affected People (AAP), and child-centered methods.
  • Proven field-based mixed-methods evaluation experience, including with children, and knowledge of global accountability standards (CHS, IASC, Grand Bargain).
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Spanish highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical report writing and stakeholder facilitation skills.
