Position: Business Development and Marketing Director

• Lead targeted marketing and awareness initiatives to drive increased grant applications and high-impact donor engagement.
• Develop and execute referral outreach plans to drive qualified Tier 1 grant applications.
• Oversee website performance, digital optimization, and manage revenue-generating promotional partnerships.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and PR campaigns around key national events.

This role helps find loving homes for children in need by increasing grant applications and donor engagement, directly supporting adoption and family stability.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing with expertise in digital strategy.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing programs that drive measurable results.
• Expertise in SEO, SMO, AI/LLM optimization, referral marketing, and digital campaign management.
