Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and implement ILGA World's individual giving and corporate support work, including prospecting, appeals, monthly giving, donor stewardship, and mid-size/major gift cultivation.
  • Stabilize and grow corporate support through ethical screening, due diligence, and mission-aligned supporter offers.
  • Strengthen coherence between resource mobilization, communications, and program priorities, ensuring non-extractive fundraising grounded in solidarity.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in individual giving, corporate partnerships, or fundraising, preferably in human rights or non-profit contexts.
  • Strong skills in donor stewardship, campaign management, and ethical screening/due diligence.
  • Ability to work relationally and values-led in a fast-changing global context.
