What you will drive

  • Proactively source and recruit top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and specialist platforms, managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Oversee HR administration including contracts, payroll coordination, onboarding, and compliance across French and Spanish entities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and conflict resolution to support team well-being and culture.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ~5 years proven experience in HR and/or talent acquisition, covering both recruitment and HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn (Recruiter a plus) and other platforms.
  • French required (team communication, contracts, French legal entity); English professional proficiency; Spanish strong asset.
