Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the co-creation of a testable prototype of the Networked Financing Mechanism (NFM) with Global South-led prototype partner funds, coordinating eight workstreams including co-creation, architecture, interoperability, legal/operational infrastructure, fundraising, strategy, learning, and governance.
- Develop and execute the NFM fundraising and donor engagement strategy, securing commitments for prototype testing and anchor funding for scaling.
- Position the NFM as a credible, values-aligned alternative to failing international aid architectures through strategic narrative development and external representation.
- Embed learning and documentation throughout the design process, producing a learning compendium and ensuring systematic capture of insights.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in the international development or humanitarian sector, with a focus on locally led financing or aid system reform.
- Strong strategic leadership and workstream integration skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure coherence across governance, legal, financial, and operational domains.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor engagement, particularly with flexible, risk-tolerant funding models and values-aligned partnerships.
- Excellent communication and representation skills, with ability to articulate a compelling vision and build relationships with diverse stakeholders including Global South partners, donors, and system actors.
