Mission

What you will drive

  • Design, implement and supervise WASH/IPC interventions adapted to the context
  • Conduct initial assessments or exploratory missions to identify WASH needs of health facilities and target communities
  • Design, implement and supervise WASH infrastructure works such as water supply systems, latrine blocks, shower blocks, and waste management areas
  • Contribute to the development and updating of tools on WASH/IPC aspects to ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent relevant training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience abroad in a similar position of responsibility with an international NGO
  • Previous experience in an emergency context and/or in a sensitive security context
  • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Arabic, Swahili, or Pashto is a major asset
