What you will drive
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and restricted funds accounting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support organizational decision-making.
- Manage financial systems, process improvements, and ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor the senior accounting manager and foster a collaborative finance culture.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of broad nonprofit accounting experience in a supervisory role.
- Expert knowledge of nonprofit fund and grant accounting, GAAP, FASB, GAAS, and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience leading annual audits, regulatory filings, and compliance in a nonprofit environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, fund accounting systems, and electronic data processing tools.
