Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead grant management, donor compliance, proposal development, and reporting for emergency humanitarian responses.
  • Coordinate timely submission of funding proposals and ensure robust monitoring and evaluation processes.
  • Hire and train in-country grants staff, maintain grant files, and manage subgrant processes.
  • Represent IRC with donors, partners, and other agencies to coordinate humanitarian assistance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Significant experience in grants management or humanitarian program management in emergency settings.
  • Strong knowledge of major humanitarian donor regulations (UN, USAID/BHA, ECHO/EC, FCDO).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills; French fluency preferred.
  • Ability to deploy internationally on short notice and work under pressure.
