HR Specialists for Operational HR

• Support Country Offices with troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Monitor and follow up on HR data quality together with country HR teams and support corrective actions
• Contribute to testing and refinement of HR processes and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Organize and conduct trainings for HR staff on relevant Dynamics modules

This role strengthens HR data quality and systems across global operations, enabling the Danish Refugee Council to better support displaced populations through efficient and reliable HR processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
• Strong skills in HR data analysis and reporting using Excel and/or Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, International Development, Public Administration or similar field

Contract length: fixed term employment one year, renewable. DRC Band: non-management band G. Salary and conditions will be in accordance with specific local DRC salary scale applicable in the country. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
