Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship (All Departments)

Core responsibilities for this fellowship include:

• Participating in a structured fellowship experience with mentorship, buddy program, and professional networking
• Engaging in formal learning and training opportunities
• Working in one of Clearway Energy's office or operating site locations
• Potentially being considered for a full-time role after successful completion of the fellowship

This fellowship supports military veterans transitioning to civilian careers while contributing to Clearway Energy's mission of leading the transition to a world powered by clean energy through renewable energy projects.

Required qualifications for this fellowship:

• Participation in the current Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship cohort (mandatory requirement)
• Passion for renewable energy
• Military background (implied by Hiring Our Heroes program)
• Ability to work in office or operating site locations
