Health Program Manager (REACH), Middle East

• Manage a health project in the Middle East, overseeing activities and team members.
• Train community health workers and provide primary health care services in rural areas and Primary Healthcare Centers.
• Lead the design and strategic vision of the project, manage budget, and ensure effective implementation.

This role provides essential health services to vulnerable populations in the Middle East, improving access to primary care and strengthening local health systems.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience; clinical training or MPH preferred.
• Strong project management skills including proposal writing, program development, implementation, and M&E.
• Experience living and working in Middle Eastern cultures preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Kurdish language skills preferred.
