Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic oversight and feedback on Program Managers' plans and implementation, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex decisions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 3-5 Program Managers, fostering a high-performance culture through clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine program playbooks, internal systems, and cross-functional projects to drive organizational growth.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a demonstrable track record of line management and motivating teams to achieve results.
  • Strong skills in delivering feedback, coaching, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
  • Experience working in low- and middle-income countries and/or collaborating with governments and policymakers.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
