Mission
What you will drive
- Lead, plan, and execute assigned Chapter community fundraising events (Moving Day, Parkinson's Revolution) to maximize participation and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, recruit, cultivate, and recognize fundraising participants, teams, sponsors, and corporate partners to meet fundraising and recruitment goals.
- Develop and monitor annual fundraising event budgets, track revenue and team numbers, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-level volunteers and committee members, and support the implementation of other fundraising events throughout the year.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of fundraising or event experience, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Proven experience with peer-to-peer fundraising events and strong volunteer recruitment and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management (Raiser's Edge a plus), and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent presentation, oral/written communication skills, and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and organizations.
