Finance and Operations Associate

• In this role, you'll manage financial records, payments, procurement and logistics for a nonprofit scaling neonatal care programs across Indian hospitals.
• Maintain accounting books, vouchers and audit-ready documentation for FCRA and statutory compliance.
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, raise purchase orders and track procurement to delivery.
• Book travel and manage logistics for field visits, trainings and team offsites within budget.
• Track expenditure against budgets and prepare financial reports for donors and internal reviews.
