Mission
What you will drive
- Provide oversight and management of all program, event and business operations, developing standard systems, policies, and technology to enable MINT operations.
- Promote all MINT activities including membership engagement, ensuring active participation by members, chapters, and committees.
- Prepare and implement the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with the Board, committees, and staff.
- Directly supervise paid staff and oversee performance management, HR policies, and workplace culture.

Benefits
What's in it for you
Salary range: US$90,000-$110,000 (full-time) or US$45,000-$55,000 (part-time). Remote work with flexible schedule. Occasional travel to conferences.
