Executive Director

• Provide oversight and management of all program, event and business operations, developing standard systems, policies, and technology to enable MINT operations.
• Promote all MINT activities including membership engagement, ensuring active participation by members, chapters, and committees.
• Prepare and implement the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with the Board, committees, and staff.
• Directly supervise paid staff and oversee performance management, HR policies, and workplace culture.

This role ensures the effective operation and strategic growth of MINT, enabling the global dissemination and quality improvement of motivational interviewing, which empowers individuals to make positive behavior changes in health and social contexts.

• Proven senior-level leadership experience in nonprofit organizations with budget and management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, board engagement, and financial management.
• Strong communication, engagement, and fundraising skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and fluency in English.

Salary range: US$90,000-$110,000 (full-time) or US$45,000-$55,000 (part-time). Remote work with flexible schedule. Occasional travel to conferences.
