Manager of Education

• Design, implement, and evaluate national health education initiatives for people with bleeding disorders and their support networks.
• Develop educational resources across print, digital, video, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare providers, chapters, and community stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues and volunteers to strengthen education initiatives.

This role directly improves health outcomes for people with bleeding disorders by creating and delivering educational programs that increase awareness, promote informed decision-making, and support healthy living across the lifespan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in health promotion and risk prevention programs preferred.
• Demonstrated project management, program development, and outcome assessment skills.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills; bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
