Education Specialist I

• Support the planning and execution of educational initiatives for individuals and families affected by inheritable blood and bleeding disorders.
• Develop and deliver educational content in various formats, including presentations, workshops, and digital resources.
• Coordinate live education events, recruit speakers, and manage logistics.
• Evaluate program outcomes by gathering feedback and tracking outcomes.

This role empowers individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders through education, promoting health, risk prevention, and capacity building within the community.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in public health, nonprofit, community service, patient advocacy, or related settings.
• Experience facilitating presentations, workshops, or educational programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
