Head of Special Projects

• In this role, you'll lead a team pursuing high-impact opportunities for the AI safety ecosystem, running a portfolio of projects from concept to launch.
• Evaluate and select opportunities across Kairos and the ecosystem to pursue, executing quickly when impact windows close.
• Build systems to scale successful projects, and wind down completed work while preserving lessons learned.
• Hire and manage team members to sustainably run projects as they grow.
• Shape Kairos's strategy and contribute to cross-cutting initiatives as capacity allows.
