Head of Programmes – Maternity Cover

• Lead the development and implementation of programme strategy and annual plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to project teams for direct investigations and local CSO partnerships, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee programme budgets, financial management, and compliance with donor regulations.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts through proposal development and donor relationship management.

This role enables communities in stressed environments to safely document human rights abuses, driving advocacy, policy, and legal action to hold perpetrators accountable.

• Professional writing and speaking in English or French, with at least B2 proficiency in the other language.
• Experience managing teams or individuals across multiple international locations.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of human rights and risk management methodologies.
